Effective October 6, 2026 · Last updated October 6, 2026

This policy explains how 1A Little Dribblers handles information through its mobile app, public league website, and restricted Operations services.

You can browse published league information without an account. Signing in enables restricted league features and involves additional information described below.

1. Information We Handle

InformationWhat This Includes
Account & accessNames, email addresses, account identifiers, password authentication information, roles, town and team assignments, active-season access, and account preferences. Account passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.
League recordsTeam and coach information, player names, age, grade, gender, jersey number, roster status and notes, scores, deadlines, floater requests, eligibility information, and other records submitted by authorized league users.
Uploads & requestsScorebook photographs or files, league documents, support cases, related notes, and information you include when contacting support.
Admission passesPass eligibility, account name and role, town, season, team information, a unique verification link or code, and records of pass views or verification where recorded by the service.
Activity & technical recordsLogin and visit activity, timestamps, actions recorded in the league audit log, and technical request or error information used to operate and secure the service. Hosting services may process IP addresses, device/browser information, requested URLs and request metadata.
Optional notificationsEmail addresses and notification preferences for league messages. Mobile notification tokens, an installation identifier, device subscription preferences, and delivery records are used when you enable app notifications. Signed-out app users can choose general and town updates; signed-in devices follow account permissions and league notification settings. If you enable browser push notifications on the website, the service also handles the browser's subscription endpoint and related delivery information.

Information on Your Device

The mobile app stores public feed information and additional favorite-team selections locally to support browsing and temporary offline access. Assigned teams may be followed automatically while you are signed in. Private roster and authenticated Operations responses are not placed in the app's public offline cache.

Photos and files are accessed when you choose them for a league task. The app does not upload your entire photo library. Exports and files you save or share may remain in your selected device storage or another app.

2. How We Use Information

The app does not include advertising SDKs or use account and roster information for cross-app advertising tracking.

3. Access & Sharing

Published schedules, team names, towns, venues, approved results, standings, announcements, and other information intentionally published by the league are available publicly. Private account details, roster records, scorebook uploads, and restricted documents are accessible through the service according to league permissions.

Authorized league administrators, Town Administrators, and coaches can access records as permitted for their work. We use Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage, and related security and operational services. Resend processes email delivery information when the service sends league messages. Expo processes mobile notification tokens and message delivery through its Push Service; Apple or Google handles delivery to the device. Apple also processes app distribution and any Wallet features you choose to use. Information you intentionally share through your device's share sheet is handled by the destination you select.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable obligations or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users, or resolve disputes. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies; external ticketing, streaming, calendar, or other links may take you outside our service.

4. Retention & Security

League records may remain in active-season data and season archives. Switching seasons does not automatically delete historical records. Accounts, submissions, documents, support records, and audit information are retained for league administration, eligibility review, recordkeeping, security, and dispute resolution as needed. There is no single automatic expiration period for all league records.

You may request deletion or account closure using the contact information below. Requests are reviewed with the league administrator responsible for the records. Certain records may need to be retained for legitimate league administration, security, disputes, or applicable obligations; we will explain relevant limits when responding. Copies in backups or previously exported files may not be immediately removable.

The service uses HTTPS, account authentication, role-based restrictions, and protected storage for private records. Keep your password and admission pass verification code private. No online service can guarantee complete security.

5. Your Choices & Requests

We may verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing private information. Do not send passwords or full private roster documents in an initial request.

6. Youth Player Information

The league serves youth basketball teams. Restricted roster and eligibility tools are intended for authorized coaches and administrators. Parents or guardians can contact support or their Town Administrator to ask about, correct, or request deletion of a child's league information.

Authorized submitters should provide only information needed for league participation and ensure they have the necessary authority and permissions to submit a player's details or documents. If you believe a child's information was submitted improperly or is accessible to someone who should not see it, contact us so the league can investigate and address it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app's features, service providers, or information practices change. The current policy and last-updated date will be available at this URL.
